First you need to transfer all the settings of the Period(teachers,subjects etc) , through
Administration->Transfers->Copy Academic Period from Template.



Once you press this specific setting you will be redirected to a screen where you need to configure in which Academic Period you want to copy data to.




And press , "Copy" .
